At Bound 4 You Comics, we are collectors first. (See exactly how we protect your comics in our bombproof shipping guide.)  We know the sinking feeling of opening a bubble mailer only to find a bent spine or a dinged corner. That is why we treat every book we ship as if it were going into our own personal collection.

How We Pack Your Comics:

• Bag & Board: Every single comic comes fresh in a high-quality bag and board.

• Gemini Mailers: We exclusively use industry-standard Gemini Flash Mailers (or equivalent sturdy cardboard) for raw comics. These provide rigid corner protection that envelopes simply cannot match.

• Weather Protection: We tape the comic securely within the mailer to prevent sliding, and we ensure it is sealed against moisture.

• Secure Taping: We use heavy-duty tape to ensure the package remains sealed during its journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates & Times

We aim to get your books in your hands as fast as possible while maintaining safety.

• Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).

• Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. For larger orders, we may utilize UPS.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.​

A Note on Pre-Orders: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, we generally wait to ship the entire order once all items are available. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you feel a book was not described accurately, or if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window: You have 14 days [adjust as needed, e.g., 30 days] from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the exact same condition in which you received it.

• Sealed Items: If an item was sold sealed (e.g., polybagged or in cellophane), it must be returned still sealed. Opening a sealed collectible significantly alters its value and may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.

• Graded Slabs: CGC/CBCS slabs must be free of any new cracks, scratches, or tampering.

How to Start a Return:

​

1. Contact us at Support@bound4youcomics.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

2. If the item arrived damaged, please include photos of both the box/mailer and the item itself so we can file a claim with the carrier.

3. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
